Shipping Timeframe:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped within 4 weeks, as each order is carefully checked by our stylist. We require you to take your measurements using our guide below to ensure you've chosen the correct size, helping to avoid the need for exchanges.

2. Made-to-Order Standard Sizes

• Sizes: Available from Small (S) up to 11XL.
• Length: Standard skirt length of 120 cm (47 inches) from the waist for long gowns.
• Choosing a Size: If you're between sizes, choose the size that matches your largest measurement. Our designs can be easily altered locally by up to two sizes for a perfect fit once you receive your dress.
• Customizations: Not available with this option.

• Rush Orders: Accepted with a rush fee of $250, subject to our tailors' availability.

3. Made-to-Order Customized (Between Sizes)

Our "Between Sizes" option ensures a perfect fit when standard sizes don't meet your needs. This tailor-made option is ideal if:

• You're Between Sizes or Need a Size Larger Than 11XL
• You Desire Specific Customizations
• You Have a Long or Short Torso
• You Require Changes to the Skirt Length
• Anticipate any weight changes

Customization Details:

• Precise Measurements: Essential for a perfect fit. We recommend having your measurements taken by a professional tailor.
• When to Provide Measurements: You don't need to submit them at the time of your order. If you anticipate any weight changes, we can adjust the date by which we need your measurements.
• No Size Limits: We cater to all sizes for customized gowns.
